The Imaian Throne: Succession

Succession to the Imaian throne is governed by the Treaty for the United, common law and various declarations. The crown is passed on by absolute cognatic primogeniture. In other words, succession passes to the sovereign's issues, regardless of gender, in order of birth and if the Sovereign has no issue, the crown shall be passed on to one of his/her siblings, regardless of gender, in order of birth.
